So, let me tell you...
I've had this top since I was about 16, I wore it for the first time when I went to a Chris Brown concert. I just knew he was going to pick me out from the crowd. All hail to youthful eagerness. Haha. Back to this wrap top, it is one of those pieces that I just can't bear to throw away, until I find something to replace it with. Even then, I'm not fully committed to letting it go, mainly for sentimental reasons. I love the simplicity of it, yet it still looks slightly dressed up. I've worn it time and time again, but this was the first time that I decided to wear it off the shoulders. Good thing my 16-year-old self didn't think of this way back then - I probably wouldn't have been able to leave the house.
It was a relaxing Saturday, strolling through the city. I kept the colors of this look light and neutral. Finishing off the outfit with a pair of old snakeskin wedges that I officially wore down to the sole (RIP platform wedges, you will be missed).
I've been wearing this little brown suede bag from Banana Republic non-stop
